Membership

An annual membership is open to all individuals who are engaged in travel, transportation, lodging and associated professions. Please fill out our online Membership Application. If you are already a North Central BTA Member and wish to update your information, please click on the Members tab and edit the "My Account" information.

A Non-Transferable Membership ($310 per year) is in the member's name under the specified employment organization and allows a single listed member to attend our regularly scheduled chapter meetings without additional charge except the Education Day and Special Events (additional fee may be required). There are no substitutions of chapter meeting attendees allowed. These additional attendees will pay a $50 guest fee per meeting attended.

A Transferable Membership ($385 per year) is under the employment organization name and allows a name change without charge. Chapter meeting attendee substitutions are allowed for each meeting without charge. Any additional chapter meeting attendees outside of the original membership number will be charged the standard guest rate of $50 for that meeting.

It is, and shall continue to be, the policy of NCBTA that the Association and its members shall maintain the higest level of ethical, legal and professional standards in the conduct of its business. It is, and shall continue to be, the goal and objective of NCBTA to advance the knowledge and professionalism of all members and to provide opportunities for communication of travel related information. Direct solicitation of members at any Association function is prohibited. It is, and shall continue to be, the policy of NCBTA that members who conduct themselves in an unethical, illegal or unprofessional manner, detrimental to the goals and objectives of the Association, will be called upon to answer for such conduct to the NCBTA Board of Directors and be subject to dismissal from the Association for cause.

As a travel professional applying for membership in the North Central Business Travel Association (NCBTA), I have read the above Code of Ethics and agree to abide by its intent.
