An annual membership is open to all individuals who are engaged in travel, transportation, lodging and associated professions. New members who wish to join should complete the online
Membership Application. If you are already a NCBTA Member and wish to update your information, please click on the
Members Only tab and after logging in, edit the "My Account" information.
A Standard Membership ($310 per year) is in the member's name under the specified employment organization and allows a single listed member to attend our regularly scheduled chapter meetings without additional charge except the Educational Summit and Special Events (additional fee may be required). There are no substitutions of chapter meeting attendees allowed; additional attendees will pay a $50 guest fee per meeting attended.
A Shared Membership ($385 per year) is under the employment organization name and allows a name change without charge. Chapter meeting attendee substitutions are allowed for each meeting without charge. Any additional chapter meeting attendees outside of the original membership number will be charged the standard guest rate of $50 for that meeting.
