About the North central business travel assocationGeneral meetings are held the second Thursday each month from September through May. The meeting times are varied, so each member can attend meetings that are convenient for their particular schedule. Meeting formats are varied too, from professional speakers to panel discussions to roundtable exchanges. There’s also Education Day--an annual seminar that addresses the hottest topics that challenge travel professionals today. Plus, two special events throughout the year in a casual setting inspire camaraderie among members.In most corporations, travel and entertainment is the third largest, controllable expense. By networking among peers and industry partners, North Central BTA members gain an edge that helps them improve their company’s travel operations, control their bottom line, and achieve their personal and professional goals. In addition, North Central BTA's affiliation with the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), provides a forum for the constructive exchange of information and ideas among members on a national level. Because every North Central BTA member is invited to host meetings, North Central BTA gathers throughout the Twin Cities and at outstate locations.
